Pace and Go!! For Fitness
Jenny Pacey and Wayne Gordon are Pace & Go, both Elite International athletes, sports models, television presenters, exclusive personal trainers, motivational speakers, fitness experts and writers; who Star as Gladiators Doom and Enigma.
They both run ‘Pace & Go’ where they help people ‘Be all you can Be!’.

This is probably the longest free music festival in Europe. Eight days of music and events that covers a huge range of musical tastes. Now in its 27th year, the Monmouth Festival is one of the largest free music festivals in the UK and attracts up to 50,000 people each year. It is run by volunteers and is almost entirely funded by sponsorship, advertising, fundraising events, and generous donations by the public. So please dig deep this year and give all you can to our bucket collectors while you are watching these great bands!
This year, we think it will be our best ever music festival! We have a huge variety of music for all tastes through the nine day festival, including rockabilly, jive, rock, blues, classical, jazz, country, disco, big band...
