The cheese used in Gloucester Cheese Rolling is Double Gloucester which is a hard cheese made in cylindrical blocks and covered with cardboard and a blue and red tape in the form of a cross. Cheese Rolling Gloucester is a spectacular event and a considerable number of injuries occur every year.
Cheese Rolling Races are run both up and down Coopers Hill on the day with both men and women’s Cheese Rolling categories. Do you fancy being in the next Cheese Rolling Competition? The photographs are taken on high quality cameras and we aim to please with the quality.
