Monmouth Music Festival 2009 fans enjoyed Zoidberg with great enthusiasm on Saturday. A five-piece rock band that seemed to produce music that was an amalgam of several decades of the greatest bands. Some have said they are a mixture of "Led Zeppelin, The Clash, Stone Roses and Supergrass". ZOIDBERG certainly wowed the audience at Monmouth Music Festival 2009 with their music and stage performance.
They sang: Peak Time Monster / Just Confused / Politics By Numbers / The Things I've Been / Sex On TV / Maybe Baby / Always Speak To Strangers. All of which were great to listen to and watch. The after gig party at Wetherspoons, Monmouth was awesome. They were a great band and hopefully we will see more of them at Monmouth Music Festival in the future. Great lyrics and great stage presence. They certainly set the scene and readied the crowd for the Pigeon Detectives who were the final act that night at Monmouth Music Festival 2009.
