The Hi-Tone Poppas opened Monmouth Music Festival 2009 off to a great start. This trio consist of Vince Berkley - Guitar and vocals. Abner -Drums and backing vocals. Jonny Hick - Doghouse bass and backing vocals. People were dancing to the music and every foot was tapping away front and backstage. Great guys with a great repertoire!!
