DJ Jeff Harris gets groovy!! After gig party at Wetherspoons.
Monmouth Music Festival 2009 fans enjoyed Pigeon Detectives who were the final act that Saturday 25th July at Monmouth Music Festival 2009.
They performed at Reading and Leeds Festivals in 2006, where they were tagged "the band most likely to leap to the main stage in 2007" by New Musical Express.
Up to the end of 2008 the band had released 2 albums, selling over 500,000 copies!!
The band consists of: A five-piece band,
Matt Bowman (vocals)
Oliver Main (guitar)
Ryan Wilson (guitar)
Dave Best (bass)
Jimmi Naylor (drums)
The event at Monmouth Music Festival 2009 was fantastic, the crowd at Monmouth Music Festival 2009 loved them, Matt Bowman was in fantastic form and watching him makes you wonder how he does it all! Where does he get his energy from? He leapt around all night entertaining the fans and they produced superb music that got the crowd totally enthralled. At one stage he was almost surfing into the audience. He swung the microphone with great precision and got the crowd at Monmouth Music Festival 2009 wet as well!
The after gig party at Wetherspoons, Monmouth was awesome. The band along with Zoidberg partied long into the night and posed for photographs with the fans.
An unforgettable evening. Thank you Pigeon Detectives!!
